Job description

Our client, an energy broker, is looking for an Energy Operations Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you will price fixed energy contracts for SME and Mid-Market customers, manage contracts, support onboarding, and handle client and supplier calls. Additional tasks include maintaining CRM records, coordinating connections, managing tenancy changes, and resolving billing queries. If you have previous energy operations experience, strong attention to detail, and a passion for working with complex data, apply now!

Key responsibilities:
  1. Price fixed energy contracts for SME and Mid-Market customers
  2. Submit and process customer contracts
  3. Manage client onboarding
  4. Handle client and supplier calls
  5. Accurately capture customer information in the CRM system
  6. Coordinate new connections and meter installations
  7. Process tenancy changes (COTs) and new connections
  8. Resolve billing queries
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to support growth and retention
Skills and experience required:
  1. 2-5 years of experience in operations and pricing within the energy supply or TPI sector
  2. Proficient in Excel with a strong ability to work with data and numbers
  3. Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail
  4. Resilient with the ability to work well under pressure
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  6. Ability to build supplier relationships
  7. Proactive and eager to challenge and improve internal processes
