About The Role

The Retail Operations Executive will play a key role in delivering the operational requirements of the wider retail team. They will provide effective administrative and technical support to optimize daily retail operations of frontline store locations, focusing on inventory, compliance, and procedural aspects across the retail estate.

Key responsibilities include managing open orders, stock counts, vendor invoicing, and POS systems, along with overseeing budget adherence and performance metrics.

Invoice & Purchase Order Management

• Handle invoice processing and follow-up of approvals.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders accurately and timely.
• Track and monitor Non-PO Vendor payments to ensure prompt payments.

Inventory Management

• Resolve Open Orders daily.
• Oversee stock counts, adjustments, and inventory accuracy with store teams.
• Lead stock replenishment efforts and identify trends to minimize discrepancies.

Escalation And Support For Store Issues

• Act as point of escalation for major store issues, including equipment malfunctions and urgent maintenance.
• Support EVA Point of Sale (POS) operations, manage promotions, and coordinate assortment planning.
• Regularly check Adyen and Payment Entry Device (PED) systems for compliance and efficiency.

P&L Support

• Assist the Finance team in compiling data for P&L statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Other Operational Support

• Support retail team with travel and accommodation bookings via BCD.
• Provide logistical support for retail inductions, including booking resources.
• Assist with raising sample orders.

About You

• Experience: 2+ years in operational roles, preferably in retail or stock control.
• Skills: Proficiency in inventory systems (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori), POS software (EVA preferred), and Microsoft Excel.
• Competencies: Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; professional escalation handling.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Operational Efficiency: Ability to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise across teams.
