CCA Recruitment Group is seeking an Energy Sales Consultant for our Blackpool client. The role focuses on renewals and new business within the business energy sector, using hot leads and self-sourced prospects to grow revenue.
You will manage renewals and Change of Tenancy opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and hit revenue targets in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Location: Blackpool
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Commission: Up to 15% of revenue generated - uncapped earning potential
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Friday finish at 3:00pm
Our client is a well-established business utilities broker based in Blackpool, specialising in business energy solutions across gas and electricity.
Due to continued growth, they are expanding their sales team and are looking to recruit experienced Energy Consultants with a background in either renewals or new business sales.

As an Energy Consultant, you will manage renewals and Change of Tenancy (COT) opportunities using company-provided hot leads, while also generating new business through self-sourced prospects.
The role requires consistent outbound sales activity, building strong relationships with business customers, negotiating energy contracts, and managing opportunities through to successful completion.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven experience within the business energy sector.
