Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking an Energy Sales Consultant for our Blackpool client. The role focuses on renewals and new business within the business energy sector, using hot leads and self-sourced prospects to grow revenue.

You will manage renewals and Change of Tenancy opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and hit revenue targets in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business energy sales or energy consultancy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort making high-volume outbound calls.
• Professional, reliable and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business customers using both company-provided hot leads and self-generated leads.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to understand their energy requirements.
• Present, negotiate and secure energy contracts.
• Manage sales pipeline and ensure opportunities close through to completion.
• Work toward individual revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales activity within company systems.
