Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is hiring an Activity Leader to run fun, age-appropriate activities for children aged 4-11 at breakfast and after-school clubs in Clifton. The role combines mornings and afternoons with a mid-day break, and supports a warm, energetic team in a safe environment.

The position is term-time and part-time (approximately 18 hours/week), with opportunities for extra hours during holidays, training, and development. DBS and references required.

Qualifications

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities for ages 4-11 across breakfast and after-school clubs.
• Supervise and support groups; maintain safety and inclusive environment.
• Prepare snacks, manage sign-in/out with accuracy and a smile.
• Work split shifts: 7:30-9:00am and 3:20-6:00pm, with a break in between.
