Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Ashford, UK is seeking a Childcare Activity Leader to run Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11. You’ll deliver age-appropriate activities, supervise play spaces, and assist with sign-in/out in a split shift.

This role offers mornings and afternoons with potential for more hours during Holiday Club seasons, along with paid training and a warm team environment. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Ability to turn ordinary afternoons into engaging activities.
• Energetic and caring attitude with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities for children.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep areas safe and clean.
• Supervise children with care, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out with attention to detail.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm.
