Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Breakfast and After School Club Activity Leader for Mulberry Wood Wharf in the UK. The role involves leading engaging morning and afternoon clubs for children aged 4–11, with split shifts of 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm.

The team focuses on safety, inclusivity, and creating joyful experiences. You'll gain paid training, development opportunities, and a supportive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Loves working with children and brings a positive, can-do attitude.
• Creative thinker who can turn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience.
• Team player who’s also confident running activities and managing a group.
• Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm, perfect for work-life balance or part-time fun.
• Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
