Junior Adventures Group at Belmont Infant School in London is seeking a Childcare Activity Leader to run Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11, delivering engaging activities and supervising groups in a lively, caring environment.

The role offers split shifts (mornings and afternoons) with a break in between, ideal for study, hobbies, or family life, plus opportunities to increase hours during Holiday Club seasons.

Qualifications

• Must love working with children and have a positive attitude.
• Able to lead activities and manage groups.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work is a bonus, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm, perfect for work-life balance or those seeking part-time fun.
• Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
