Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is hiring a Casual Breakfast and After School Activity Leader at Vicars Green Primary School. The role involves delivering safe, engaging activities for children aged 4–11 in a split shift schedule (7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm).

You will plan age-appropriate activities, supervise with enthusiasm, and help maintain a fun, inclusive environment across Breakfast & After School Clubs. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Loves working with children and maintains a positive, can-do attitude.
• Creative thinker who turns ordinary afternoons into magical experiences.
• Team player and confident in leading activities and managing groups.
• Bonus for experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly focus on detail.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm, enabling work-life balance.
• Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
