Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is hiring a Childcare Activity Leader in London to energise Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11. You will run morning and afternoon activities, ensuring safe, inclusive, and fun experiences.

The role is term-time, 15 hours per week, with split shifts (7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm). Pay up to £12.71 per hour, with opportunities to increase hours during Holiday Club seasons.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with ability to engage children in activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities for 4–11 year olds.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep areas safe, clean, and fun.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring everyone is welcome, safe, and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out with a friendly, detail-oriented approach.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm.
• Be a team player who can lead activities when needed.
