United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Ward Receptionist for the Endoscopy Unit at Pilgrim Hospital on a 22.5-hour part-time contract. The role involves greeting patients, preparing paperwork and booking appointments, with a Band 2 salary of £25,272 per annum.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
• NVQ2 or equivalent in relevant subject, i.e. customer care skills.
• PAS Trained.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Awareness and Knowledge of the dignity in care agenda.
• Understanding of booking systems and maintaining diaries.
• Interest in Endoscopy.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients on arrival and prepare paperwork for appointments.
• Book new and follow-up appointments for Urology patients; training provided.
• Travel to Trust sites to cover other locations as needed.
