Qualifications

• Experience in customer care or reception environments.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
• Awareness of NHS processes and safeguarding DBS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients attending clinics and direct them appropriately.
• Provide directions and signpost to services such as pharmacy.
• Support car parking and Blue Badge registration.
• Update patient details on Trust systems.
• Circulate clinic lists and assist with ancillary tasks.
• Escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
• Deliver a professional, compassionate and patient-centred service.
