Ward Receptionist vacancy at Louth Hospital within the Endoscopy Unit. The post is a 30-hour/ week, permanent Band 2 role, with shifts Monday to Thursday and potential flexible hours between 08:00–18:00. You will greet patients, prepare paperwork, and manage bookings for Endoscopy and Urology as required.

The unit aims to deliver high-quality patient care with confidentiality and efficiency, reporting to the Endoscopy Support Manager. A background in customer care and diary management is valued.

Formación

• GCSEs in Maths and English.
• NVQ2 or equivalent in customer care.
• PAS Trained.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Dignity in care awareness.
• Evidence of values and behaviours per Trust framework.
• Understanding of booking systems and maintaining diaries.
• Interest in Endoscopy.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet patients on arrival and prepare paperwork for their appointment.
• Book new and follow-up appointments for Urology patients; training will be provided.
