Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and organisational ability.
• Excellent communication, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
• Experience handling enquiries and managing waiting lists is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day waiting list management for the Endoscopy service.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Endoscopy Department.
• Deliver front of house reception duties and handle patient enquiries empathetically.
• Liaise with polyp nurse specialist, pre-assessment nurses and other departments to progress patient pathways.
• Maintain electronic and manual filing systems and cover colleagues as needed across sites.
