Job summary

Harrods is seeking an End User Support Technician in Knightsbridge to join our IT Team. The role provides hardware, software, and device support across Retail, Distribution and Corporate functions.

You will be the single point of contact for end-user issues and work closely with the End User Team Leader to maintain seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows 10, macOS, Office 365, MS Teams, and Adobe Creative Cloud, plus AD administration, printer

Qualifications

• Experience supporting 4000+ users across business functions.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, macOS, and Office 365 applications.
• Familiarity with security technologies including antivirus and encryption.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and printer configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology support and expert technical advice to 4000+ users across the business.
• Oversee the repair of equipment through internal resources and 3rd party suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across IT and the wider business.
• Proactive engagement with Service Management to represent Front Office support.
