Civica in Leeds is seeking an IT Hardware Engineer to own the lifecycle of end-user devices, from provisioning to disposal. You will ensure devices are ready for staff, handle deployments and decommissioning, and provide practical IT support across the team.

The role focuses on hands-on hardware work, collaboration with colleagues, and ongoing learning to improve services. A practical IT background and proactive communication are valued.

Formación

• Experience in IT hardware or desktop support roles.
• Good Windows knowledge; macOS familiarity is a plus.
• Experience troubleshooting end-user devices and peripherals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the lifecycle of laptops, desktops, mobiles and peripherals.
• Prepare, deploy, refresh, and redeploy end-user devices.
• Support device deployment using Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot hardware, deployment and enrolment issues.
• Maintain hardware asset, stock and inventory records.
• Coordinate purchasing, deliveries, returns and disposal of equipment.
