Job summary

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Client Devices Technician to join our Digital Services team. You will deliver second-line IT support for staff, troubleshooting desktop devices and peripherals to ensure reliable, secure services across Trust sites and community locations.

You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams, communicating technical information clearly and contributing to device deployments, asset management, and project activities to support high-quality

• Provide second-line technical support and desktop services across all Trust sites.
• Resolve issues related to desktop devices, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage support requests in line with SLAs and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with hardware deployment, configuration, testing, and asset data collection.
