Job summary

NewDay is seeking an End User Computing Specialist to ensure colleagues have secure, reliable and high-performing technology. You will support end user devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools and remote working solutions within the End User Services Operational Support team.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across devices, maintaining service levels, enabling Teams Rooms and remote spaces, and driving device lifecycle management with security hardening.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments and modern endpoint management platforms.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, provisioning, and patch management best practices.
• Strong diagnostic and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support across end user devices and Microsoft 365 technologies, including VIP support.
• Maintain and enhance performance, availability and reliability of end user computing services.
• Support and optimise Teams Rooms and remote working solutions for a seamless user experience.
• Drive device lifecycle management including provisioning, deployment and security hardening.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Contribute to governance, compliance and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
