Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an EUC Support Officer to help understand IT hardware needs across the Trust, advise on equipment availability and liaise with suppliers. You will handle stock records and contribute to the EUC Refresh Programme while delivering a high standard of service to clinical teams.

Reporting into EUC Operations Team Leaders, you will develop technical knowledge and gain exposure to modern technology, while supporting sustainability objectives and ensuring

Qualifications

• GCSE or ECDL level education or 3+ years healthcare work experience.
• Knowledge of IT hardware specs and software.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using an IT Service Desk ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Advise on equipment availability and liaise with suppliers.
• Order hardware and software in response to ticket requests.
• Maintain EUC Hardware Catalogue and stock records.
• Support EUC Hardware Refresh Programme.
• Work within defined policies and assist with sustainability goals.
