Network Rail is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to lead the End User Computing (EUC) function. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supplier management, and service improvements across a large device estate, ensuring secure and reliable workplace technology for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Experience leading EUC teams.
• Strong supplier management.
• Security-focused with risk awareness.
• Knowledge of Windows deployment and patching.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day EUC operations and BAU services.
• Oversee device lifecycle and hardware refresh.
• Manage Windows Evergreen upgrades (e.g. Windows 11 updates).
• Drive modern device management via SCCM and Autopilot.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define service requirements.
• Ensure security, resilience and timely incident response.
