Responsibilities

• Deployment and Configuration: Deploying and configuring new desktop and laptop devices (hardware and software) according to established standards and procedures, including imaging, software installation and peripheral setup.
• Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on end-user devices, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
• End-User Support: Providing friendly and professional on-site support to hospital staff during the refresh process.
• Asset Management: Accurately recording and tracking hardware assets throughout the refresh process, ensuring proper disposal of old equipment.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other IT teams and hospital staff to coordinate refresh activities and minimize disruption to clinical operations.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including hardware and software configurations, troubleshooting steps, and user interactions.
• Adherence to Policies: Following all relevant company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines.
