Job summary

Apogee is seeking a motivated End User Compute Technician to join our Lincoln repair centre. You will support the diagnosis, repair, and refurbishment of desktop and laptop devices, ensuring high-quality prep for customers.

Full training will be provided; attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving ability are valued as much as previous experience. Typical hours are 08:30–17:30, five days per week at Lincoln office.

Qualifications

• Interest in IT and device support, willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, laptops, desktops, hardware.
• Logical thinking and methodical problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Organised and motivated to work in a team.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, configure, and refurbish desktops and laptops.
• Carry out administration and maintain accurate records.
