Job summary

Neos Networks is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management professional to drive end-to-end customer order delivery across our portfolio. You will coordinate provisioning, monitor progress with multiple suppliers, and communicate delivery updates to customers.

Role emphasizes forecasting volumes, meeting committed dates, and reducing WIP while ensuring a smooth handover into service. Experience in multi-system coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
• A-levels or vocational qualifications in Business Administration, IT, or Telecommunications are desirable but not essential.
• Practical experience in order management and provisioning is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer orders across the Neos Networks portfolio.
• Manage service provisioning accurately, on time, and to agreed quality and commercial standards.
• Proactively manage progress across multiple network suppliers and partners.
• Act as a key customer contact and provide clear, timely delivery updates.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve supplier escalations.
• Coordinate orders across internal systems and supplier portals.
• Forecast delivery volumes and provide committed delivery dates (CDD).
• Reduce aged work-in-progress.
• Support right-first-time customer experience and strong operational and business performance.
• Ensure a smooth handover into service.
