Job summary

boxxe is seeking an Order Management Specialist to ensure accurate, efficient handling of customer orders throughout the lifecycle. You will work with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Services and suppliers to deliver an excellent customer experience with timely updates and strong problem solving.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, proactive back-order management and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on ERP systems and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in a fast-paced business environment.
• Understanding of order processing, supplier management and supply chain operations.
• Proven customer service focus and ability to manage expectations.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Experience identifying process improvements that boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Problem solving and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate order information across supplier back-order reports and data sources.
• Process and manage order types, including direct deliveries and software licensing orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Customer Services to resolve queries.
• Support proactive resourcing of purchase orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Provide timely updates to customers and suppliers to maintain transparency.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to improve delivery performance.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues in the supply chain.
• Respond to inbox queries promptly and professionally.
• Pursue continuous improvement in order management processes.
• Assist with coordinating large or complex orders.
