Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or 1–2 years in an order management/procurement role.
• Understanding of commercials in buying and reselling hardware or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with procurement or ERP software; hands-on experience is a plus.
• Strong numeracy and analytical ability.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communicator; able to keep clients and colleagues informed.
• Proactive problem solver and team player; willing to help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate vendor purchase orders from client orders, ensuring accuracy for first-time action.
• Build POs with correct product specs, quantities and delivery timelines.
• Track inbound shipments and flag delays early.
• Collaborate with project teams to mitigate delays before delivery to clients.
• Create picking tickets for warehouse staff aligned to project timelines.
• Create outbound logistics tickets to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Maintain attention to detail to avoid errors and quality issues.
• Monitor vendor pricing, discounts and promotions to secure the best deal.
• Negotiate favorable terms with vendors where possible.
