Sharpsmart Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Stock & Customer Solutions Coordinator to manage customer stock queries, coordinate with Operations, Field Service, Finance and Commercial teams, and drive solutions from initial inquiry to resolution.

You will review stock levels, track cases, provide regular updates, and identify opportunities to grow accessory and reusable-product sales while ensuring accurate records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or stock coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Confident communicator who works across teams and keeps customers informed.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming customer stock queries, confirming order, delivery and stock details.
• Coordinate with Operations, Stock Governance, Field Service, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Track cases to resolution with regular customer updates and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate stock requests with evidence and approvals before closing cases.
• Proactively check stock levels with customers and resolve emerging issues.
