Sharp is seeking a highly organised Service & Operations Administrator to join the Service Branch. This office-based role supports data accuracy, stock management, supplier coordination and admin processes across multiple business functions.

You will work with SAP and Microsoft Office, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of internal customer service. The role offers variety, a proactive team, and development opportunities within a well-established organisation.

Competenze

• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using SAP or similar business systems
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Mansioni

• Maintaining material codes within SAP and field service management systems
• Working closely with suppliers to ensure stock is sourced cost-effectively and meets customer requirements
• Investigating and resolving escalated stock-related issues
• Processing and recording engineer stocktake information
• Reviewing service and operational data, identifying discrepancies and ensuring records remain accurate
• Supporting administration of road toll schemes and congestion charge accounts as required
• Managing incoming sales leads and tracking feedback
• Providing support and training to customer service colleagues to promote best practice and data accuracy
• Arranging travel and accommodation for Service & Operations team when required
• Supporting wider teams during busy periods to maintain customer service and business continuity
