Job summary

Castelan Group in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Care Solutions Coordinator to help keep stock organised, received, stored and dispatched, and to deliver an excellent service to customers.

You will manage stock levels, use inventory and warehouse systems, process orders and invoices, coordinate receipt and dispatch, perform regular stock checks, and support improvements to stock management and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or inventory management.
• Experience using stock or warehouse management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Update stock and inventory management systems.
• Process customer orders, purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Coordinate receipt, storage and dispatch of products.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Prepare and personalise care kits before dispatch.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Build relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
• Support improvements to stock management processes.
