Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Project Manager to join our team in the UK. The role covers delivery of project works, client liaison, and managing contractors to meet defined budgets and schedules.

Based in Basingstoke or nearby locations, you will work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scopes while maintaining safety, quality and performance standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
• Experience developing new project opportunities.
• Proven experience running a P&L and managing a team.
• Experience creating, presenting and managing bids, tenders and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop short/medium/long term project pipelines.
• Develop and understand full scope of works and ensure budget and margins.
• Manage tenders, sub-contractor returns and commercial terms.
• Ensure QHSE practices and CDM compliance on projects.
• Provide monthly reports to Head of Projects/BU Director.
