Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Nottingham is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple small to large scale projects end to end, survey sites, scope works, and produce accurate quotations while planning programmes and leading site meetings.

You will coordinate subcontractors, review RAMS, manage costs and risks, and build lasting client and supply partner relationships with a strong focus on health and safety and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Management role delivering small or extra works.
• Strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation.
• Confident managing subcontractors, costs, and programmes.
• Commercially aware and detail-focused.
• Professional, customer-focused, and a clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple small to large scale projects end to end.
• Surveying sites, scoping works, and producing accurate quotations.
• Planning programmes, leading site meetings, and driving delivery.
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to achieve consistent quality.
• Reviewing RAMS and championing health & safety excellence.
• Managing costs, variations, risks, and reporting to clients.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and supply partners.
