Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in the UK seeks an Associate Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects on customer sites from Broughton. You will own project delivery, safety, contractor on-site management and timely execution, while reporting progress, risks and dependencies to senior managers.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable project management experience in M&E, FM or construction, with strong bid/tender skills and a track record of managing budgets and teams.

Qualifications

• Proven project management in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
• Experience developing new project opportunities.
• Proven experience running a P&L.
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team.
• Experience creating, presenting and managing bids, tenders and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a short term pipeline of project opportunities.
• Build long term capex plans for customers.
• Leverage opportunities through visibility on customer sites.
• Liaise with stakeholders to determine requirements and explain feasibility.
• Work with designers and sub-contractors to define scope of works.
• Manage tenders and analyse sub-contractor returns.
• Ensure CDM compliance and act as principal contractor where applicable.
• Identify and manage risks and ensure QHSE practices are embedded.
• Provide monthly reports to senior management.
