Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects from end to end at our Wimborne Minster site in Dorset. You will develop project opportunities, manage tenders, coordinate with developers, designers and subcontractors, and ensure CDM compliance and QHSE practices across projects.

The role requires proven project management experience in M&E/FMS/construction, strong stakeholder management and a track record in managing P&L.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
• Experience developing new project opportunities.
• Proven experience running a P&L.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience creating, presenting and managing bids, tenders and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a pipeline of project opportunities.
• Build long-term capex plans for customers.
• Liaise with stakeholders to define feasibility and scope.
• Manage tendering and subcontractor engagement and analysis.
• Ensure project management policies, CDM compliance and HSE practices.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery including estimating, QS, and site duties.
• Provide monthly reports to Head of Projects/BU Director.
• Manage commercial terms to mitigate risk.
