Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, Wimborne Minster, Dorset, seeks a Project Manager to full accountability for safe management and delivery of project works within approved processes. The role collaborates with contract teams and clients to generate pipeline sales and opportunities.

Responsibilities include developing project opportunities, managing tenders, ensuring CDM compliance, and delivering projects end-to-end within budget and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Must have solid knowledge of project delivery with P&L accountability.
• Experience in tendering, bid preparation and commercial risk management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across client teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a short/medium/long term pipeline of project opportunities.
• Prepare and run tenders and perform tender analysis.
• Lead CDM compliance and act as principal contractor where required.
