Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
• Experience developing new project opportunities and running a P&L.
• Experience creating, presenting and managing bids and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a short term pipeline of project opportunities.
• Build long term capex plans for customers.
• Lead tendering and tender analysis for sub-contractors.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery on site and ensure CDM compliance.
