Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Payroll & HR Officer in Telford to manage end-to-end UK payroll and provide HR support across the workforce. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with steady hours Monday to Friday and plenty of benefits.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, handling payroll accuracy, pensions, HMRC submissions and employee records while also supporting recruitment, onboarding and absence reporting. Manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven UK payroll experience with RTI and auto-enrolment knowledge.
• Experience using payroll software and Excel for reporting.
• Strong accuracy and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end UK payroll, including overtime, statutory payments, pensions and RTI submissions.
• Provide HR administration support including contracts, recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
• Produce payroll and HR reports, resolve employee queries and support audits.
