Job summary

Regional Recruitment Ltd are recruiting a Payroll Advisor for a manufacturing business in the West Midlands. You will own the payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance while meeting strict deadlines.

Beyond payroll, you will provide HR administration support and assist with the employee lifecycle as required. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and the ability to work across payroll and HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a payroll-focused role.
• Strong understanding of PAYE, National Insurance and statutory payments.
• Ability to handle payroll queries from employees and managers.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the payroll process and ensure timely processing.
• Manage payroll data and deadlines with accuracy.
• Calculate PAYE, NI and statutory payments.
• Reconcile payroll with the Company Accountant and external provider.
• Support HR administration and recruitment when required.
