Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Payroll & HR Officer to join its Telford team, commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Newport, Market Drayton and nearby areas. The role blends end-to-end payroll with HR support in a manufacturing environment.

You will manage the full payroll process (overtime, statutory payments, pensions, HMRC submissions) and also assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records and absence reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience processing end-to-end UK payroll.
• Familiar with PAYE, NI, pension auto-enrolment and HMRC submissions.
• Experience in manufacturing or shift-based environments is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Process end-to-end payroll including overtime, pensions and HMRC submissions.
• Support HR administration: contracts, recruitment, onboarding and records.
• Produce payroll and HR reports and assist audits.
• Permanent role; 39.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri.
