Zusammenfassung

MAN Truck & Bus UK is seeking an Administrator to join our Order Management team in Manchester, Swindon or Bellshill on a full-time basis. You will manage electronic filing, raise POs, update ESA dates, arrange vehicle movements and manage invoicing for deposits and vehicle payments.

You will be highly organised, proficient in Excel, and capable of working both independently and as part of a remote team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across orders.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent organisation with strong time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a remote team.

Aufgaben

• Carry out electronic document filing in line with internal processes.
• Raise Purchase Orders and liaise with suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Update delivery and handover dates in ESA system.
• Arrange vehicle movements.
• Raise customer invoices for deposits, Road Fund Licence and vehicle payments.
• Progress chase vehicles from order to handover and flag delays.
• Provide information, maintain records and carry out duties accurately and timely.
• Work with management to obtain necessary authorisations.
• Adhere to current company procedures.
