Job summary

Responsibilities

• Proactively plan workshop capacity and canvass for bookings to fill available capacity.
• Maintain vehicle history and service records in line with standards.
• Prepare and file invoices accurately and timely.
• Interpret customer or internal instructions and complete job cards/repair orders.
• Order parts and subcontract work as required.
• Provide times, hours sold, statistics and budgetary information.
• Liaise with customers and, if needed, supervise trainees and participate in service administration.
• Ensure work, parts and tests are recorded on job cards and costs invoiced.
