Job summary

Shaftesbury John Grooms Court in Norwich is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker to provide support and encouragement to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, following the person-centred support plan.

You will maintain accurate records, may administer personal care and medication, and occasionally cover sleep-in shifts, for which you will receive an additional £60 per sleep-in. This role forms part of our compassionate, inclusive residential care team.
