Job summary

Shaftesbury is seeking an Enabling Support Worker for our Treetops service in Colchester. You will support adults with disabilities, following person-centred plans and maintain accurate records, while delivering compassionate, flexible care that helps people live well.

Sleep-in duties are part of the role, with an additional £60 for each sleep-in. You’ll work in a high-dependency residential setting, joining a committed team focused on inclusion, opportunity and safeguarding the wellbeing of
