Job summary

Shaftesbury is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker at Treetops, Colchester, to provide compassionate support to adults with disabilities in a high-dependency residential setting.

You will follow the person-centred plan, help with daily living, records, and may cover sleep-in shifts; sleep-ins add £60 per night. The role offers 40 hours per week at £12.80 per hour with a benefits package including pension, generous leave, and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings or willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow support plans and maintain records.
• Basic medication assistance if trained.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement to residents as per support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• Cover sleep-in sessions as required.
