Shaftesbury North Down is hiring an Enabling Support Worker in North Down Ards, Northern Ireland. You will provide supportive care, follow the person-centred plan and help people live independently within the community.

The role requires maintaining records, assisting with personal care and medication, and occasional sleep-in duties with additional pay. This is a permanent, full-time post (40 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Experience in disability or community care settings.
• Ability to follow person-centred care plans.
• Willingness to cover sleep-in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement per the person-centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• Cover sleep-in sessions as required.
