Shaftesbury is recruiting for an Enabling Support Worker at its Telford service. You will provide support and encouragement, following the person-centred support plan and taking direction from the person supported.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, administering personal care and medication, and covering sleep-in shifts with an additional £60 per sleep-in. Shaftesbury offers a values-led environment focused on inclusion and wellbeing.
