Job summary

Shaftesbury Telford is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support for adults with disabilities. You will follow the individual’s support plan, help them to live independently, and maintain records in line with service requirements.

The role may include sleep-in shifts with extra pay and a focus on inclusion in the community. The service emphasises flexibility, compassionate care, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement by taking direction from the person supported and their support plan.
• Maintain accurate records while at work in line with service requirements.
• Administer personal care and medication as required.
• Cover sleep-in sessions with an additional £60 per sleep in.
