Job summary

Shaftesbury Cranfield Court is recruiting Enabling Support Workers to provide compassionate, person-centred care. You will support adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, maintain records, and may assist with personal care and medications.

The role includes cover of sleep-in sessions with an additional £60 per sleep-in, and the charity emphasizes inclusion, opportunity, and a flourishing life for those supported.

Qualifications

• Provide support and encouragement per person-centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• You may administer personal care and medication where needed.
• Sleep-in sessions may be required; £60 per sleep-in is paid.
• Care for up to 20 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities to enable a flourishing life.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care and support as directed by the person-centred plan.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure service requirements are met.
• Deliver personal care and medication administration where appropriate.
• Cover sleep-in shifts at enhanced pay.
• Support a 24/7 service with a person-centred, responsive approach.
