Job summary

Shaftesbury Cranfield Court is recruiting Enabling Support Workers to provide person-centred care to adults with disabilities. You will support daily living, record keeping, and may assist with personal care and medication under a person-centred support plan.

This role includes sleep-in shifts with a £60 supplement, and Shaftesbury offers a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave, pension, training and DBS safeguarding.

Qualifications

• maintain accurate records in line with service requirements
• may administer personal care and medication
• cover sleep in sessions when required

• Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and the support plan
