Shaftesbury in Shrewsbury is recruiting for a Complex Enabling Support Worker. You will provide support and encouragement under the person-centred plan, maintain records, and possibly administer personal care and medications. Sleep-in shifts are paid £60 per session.

The role is based at York House, part of Shaftesbury’s services delivering residential and care support, with a commitment to enabling living and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred
• Ability to follow person-centred plans
• Record-keeping accuracy
• Administer personal care and medication

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement by following the person-centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• Administer personal care and medication as required.
• Cover sleep-in sessions (paid £60 per sleep-in).
