Vanguard is seeking an Enablement Manager for MAAS in London. You will work with the MAAS Leadership Team to plan, prioritise and execute key initiatives across Europe, driving growth in the UK and CE while coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, a client-focused mindset and a track record in improving operational processes and adopting automation. You will help develop OKRs and ensure alignment with global strategies.

Qualificações

• Strong planning and execution capability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of the European client landscape and solutions needed to serve them.
• Experience with operational processes and technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Drive to identify opportunities to adopt automation (including AI tools).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of projects and initiatives critical to MAAS Europe.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across MAAS LT and stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor OKRs aligned with Europe and Global MAAS strategies.
• Support development of materials for internal and external engagements, including client meetings.
