Vanguard is seeking an Enablement Manager for MAAS Europe to drive planning, prioritisation and execution of key initiatives across UK and Continental Europe. Sits on MAAS LT and partners with leaders to accelerate growth and align with strategic priorities.
You will coordinate projects, manage timelines, develop OKRs, improve processes and technology adoption, and prepare materials for client engagements, board memos and town halls.
As the Enablement Manager for the Multi-asset and Adviser Solutions ("MAAS") in Europe, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the department operates effectively, efficiently and in alignment with strategic priorities - as well as be a key player in the execution of the growth plan for the business across its different pillars. Sitting on the MAAS Leadership Team ("MAAS LT"), this role will enable MAAS leaders and broader team to perform at their best through planning, prioritisation and execution of key team-wide initiatives and strategic projects - at an important junction for the business, as it prepares for a significant acceleration both in the UK and in Continental Europe (CE). In this role you will Reporting into the Head of MAAS, Europe ("Team Head"), this role will have a number of important accountabilities:
